• New breathable membrane
• New battens
• New roof tiles
• New leadwork
• New fascia and gutters
• Replacing damaged coping stones
• Re-rendering the parapet walls

Farmborough Project Update – Nearly There!

We're in the final stages of this fantastic transformation. What started as a small utility room is now a spacious new bedroom, and the scope of work has been substantial.

Here's what we've completed:
• Raised the roof and changed the pitch to maximise headroom
• Knocked down internal walls to create an open, functional space
• Installed exterior insulation to keep internal dimensions generous
• Installed full electrics and heating systems
• Plastered throughout and ready for the customer's finishing touches

The customer will handle decorating and flooring—we've given them a blank canvas to personalise.
All that's left is the exterior rendering, which we'll complete as soon as we get some dry days. Pictures of the finished render coming soon!
