Another job completed by the A&R Miles team, with a great result for our client. 👏

The redundant airing cupboard was removed and a new loft opening formed in the lath and plaster ceiling. Pipes and electrical cables were removed or neatly boxed in, new floorboards fitted, and the walls and ceiling redecorated. We also installed 300mm of loft insulation and carefully refitted the carpet to match the existing finish.

Most importantly, the client is very pleased with the finished result!
