Just follow these three easy steps to submit your meter reading online:

1️⃣ Log in

Sign in to your JGas online account

2️⃣ Select ‘Submit a Meter Reading’

Go to my account and choose submit a meter reading from the drop down menu.

3️⃣ Enter your reading

Select your meter, enter your reading and click submit.

That’s it ✔️

Submitting regular meter reading helps keep your account up to date and means your bills are based on you actual usage whenever possible.

With temperatures soaring, you may notice your LPG tank making a hissing sound or releasing vapour.

Don't panic, this can simply be your Pressure Relief Valve (PRV) doing exactly what it's designed to do by safely releasing excess pressure caused by the heat.

If this happens:

⚠️ Keep well clear of the tank.

⚠️ Remove all sources of ignition from around the tank (e.g. Naked flames and electrical equipment).

⚠️ If it's safe, you can gently cool the tank using a garden hose on a spray setting.

⚠️ Contact our team immediately for advice.
