This week we have had 2 17 year olds in for work experience whilst its half term. Luke Young and Charlie Martin currently doing engineering at Hartlepool College doing of further education who we are working closely with, have been learning all about mitsubishi and Rockwell plc programming using our simulation software and test rigs. Also they have been getting to grips with panel wiring and testing. Working with the 3D printer to create some custom adapters for mounting encoders as well as wiring up systems ready to test for drives, hmi’s and remote io racks. They have certainly been kept busy.
With great attitudes and readiness to learn it was a pleasure to work with them both!

Absolutely fantastic for our director John to catch up with Istvan Kotucz - John worked with Istvan between 1997 and 2024 when Istvan was still in Tredegar Film Products/Fitesa in Hungary. Istvan now lives in Indiana and travelled three and a half hours to see the Oracle team at the Rockwell Automation annual Automation Fair in Chicago.

At Oracle, it’s never just about working with people - it’s about the kind of connections that stay solid long after the projects end.
