New Nord high efficiency AC motor gearboxes replacing existing dc motors, Parker 890 common dc bus drives getting retrofitted into a production line on a phase locking application.
Ethernet ip to a compact logix plc that we installed 2 years ago, firewire handles the comms between the drives. All design, install and commissioning done in house by team Oracle. Keep up the good work!

Student of the year award 2026 goes to Luke Young!👏👏Winner out of 600 students.
We first met luke at the ‘meet the engineer’ day at Hartlepool College. He stood out as a very bright individual who was keen to learn. We instantly give him a place within the Oracle team. He has been gaining valuable works experience at Oracle including panel manufacture. Electrical site work and engineering admin, supporting engineers on a wide range of tasks.
Oracle Drives and Automation will be sponsoring Luke to gain further certification to progress what will be a very exciting career.
Very well done!

This week we have had 2 17 year olds in for work experience whilst its half term. Luke Young and Charlie Martin currently doing engineering at Hartlepool College doing of further education who we are working closely with, have been learning all about mitsubishi and Rockwell plc programming using our simulation software and test rigs. Also they have been getting to grips with panel wiring and testing. Working with the 3D printer to create some custom adapters for mounting encoders as well as wiring up systems ready to test for drives, hmi’s and remote io racks. They have certainly been kept busy.
With great attitudes and readiness to learn it was a pleasure to work with them both!
