Curved walls, lofty ceilings and a range of flooring posed no problem for Comfort Floors Electrical Underfloor Heating.

The system was chosen by new owners wanting to put their stamp on their stunning and unusually shaped modern home in Milton Keynes. The redesign included doing away with the original gas fired heating because radiators spoiled the clean, architectural lines of the rooms.

A range of floor finishes had been chosen, including oak, ceramic and carpet – so with 16 rooms of varying shapes and sizes and three bathrooms, the heating had to be flexible, controllable and efficient.

The conversion of three Victorian flats in Harrogate into a luxury first floor apartment involved a special Electric Underfloor Heating project incorporating floor heating and soundproofing with solid oak flooring.

A hand built, green oak conservatory with views across a lake added a fantastic finishing touch to the major renovation of a Georgian farmhouse in Bedfordshire.

We installed Electric Underfloor Heating in the conservatory, including under the tile floor of the 23 square metre raised balcony style sun lounge, enabling the homeowners to revel in the view whatever the weather.
