The Royal Masonic School for girls.
Consisting of 6 flat roofs & 2 identical pitched roofs. All new decks, Bauder warm roofs, cut to fall insulation, and brickwork rebuilt around most perimeters.

1100m2 overlay we just completed over in south Hampstead.
This consisted of Bauder new 2 layer system, near 300LM of fascia’s & trim, 40 new Rooflights, and a ton load of cable management.
Well done to all involved!

A lot more to this job but as the scaffolding was striked earlier then expected didn’t have a chance to take some pics on the higher level roofs.
Full Bauder install, complete rip ups, fascia, trim, guttering, service hatches, boxing works to pipe work…

Definitely one of the most intense jobs we’ve completed but always nice to see what the final project looks like after it all.

Today these roofs came to an end in Illford, with C.B Roofing & Highview being the main contractors on behalf of Quill.
220m2, Full rip ups, fitted with a 3 layer system including 140mm insulation & external cladding.
In total 4 properties exactly the same.
Massively ahead of our schedule, Client was happy & even the residents!

Well what a year its been, just like to take this time to thank everyone who’s made it possible to get us too where we are today. Family & friends, the pitched guys, The flat team & all the support from behind the scenes to make everything tick over as smooth as poss.
Very rocky year, ups and downs, laughs and cry’s etc.. From our previous year customers & clients and too all the new ones we’ve worked closely with this year& in the future, We’d like to wish you all a very happy Christmas & a prosperous new year.
