A party wall agreement means we are using a hit and miss sequence on our latest set of foundations. This technique is used when building close to a neighbouring property to avoid undermining its structural integrity. Pads are dug and poured within a 24 hour period. Then the “missed” areas are dug bonded with rebar and poured to complete the foundation.
