Starting with a detailed CAD model, we worked through the layout, access points, safety clearances, and operational needs to create a solution tailored to the way the system will be used.
By developing the design in detail before manufacturing begins, customers can clearly see how the finished guarding will look and function, allowing adjustments to be made early in the process. This helps ensure the final product not only meets safety requirements, but also fits seamlessly into the customer’s workspace and performs exactly as expected.

The foundation behind safe automation 🤖

In this build, Ryan is wiring one of our custom safety control panels, designed to manage and protect an entire robotic cell. This panel handles power management, safety circuits, system monitoring and all digital inputs and outputs required to ensure safe, efficient and reliable operation on the factory floor.

Once fully completed, this panel will be integrated into a manufacturing facility, helping form a fully automated robotic solution.
