“How can I help you ?”
We hear it all the time … on the phone, in a store, in conversation but … what does it really mean ?
When I ask it, about my Products & Services, I am genuinely interested in helping people understand and get the best out of what we do but ….
I asked some colleagues:
“Is anyone out there really interested or, am I just a 'Know-it-All’ and a 'Mine of Useless information” ??
I was pleasantly surprised when a one replied:
“When it comes to Garden Rooms, Granny Annexes and Modern Building Materials & Methods, 'you really do seem to Know-it-All’; in fact, I’d describe you are more of a ‘Mine of Useful Information” !!
This made me think about conversations with many a potential customer, before I realised, “I must have got something right” but, could I have done more ??
