Here we stripped and repainted an old victorian bay window to freshen things up before taking down the old garden wall replacing it with a new wall with cappings and copings. Awaiting iron rails and gates.

This weeks project was a dig out and installation of a new insulated concrete base with a screed finish ready for tiling and a new kitchen.

Productive weekend despite not working.

This week at Pierre Property & Maintenance we have installed a timber frame lean to with upvc cladding, a polycarbonate roof and osb boarded and insulated stud walls to create a water tight room adding some much needed space.
