At Innovation On-Site we don’t just support or promote our trainees for one week a year … ………we celebrate them for the whole 52 !
During our 18 years of business we’ve had the pleasure mentoring 100’s of apprentices and trainees through their NVQ 2’s & 3’s together with BTEC’s and SSSTS . This platform enables them to continue to earn & learn into management courses and to undertake NVQ4’s to 7’s , Degree’s and CIOB memberships.
The continued learning path doesn’t only benefit the learner , Innovation On-Site & our supply chain – it benefits the industry as a whole . There are now dozens of our past employees that fulfil Senior positions and Directorships across the Industry . As a you can look at this in two ways ……..become bitter and twisted about their success and the cost of supporting the trainee (that tends to be the modern way) or you can understand your position in the food chain and learn to embrace it as we do………
We encourage all our to shoot for the stars , anything is possible if you have the & . And who knows which one of our current trainees will follow in others footsteps ?
Danny , Leo , Mikael ,James , Dillon , Freddie , Lenny ,Mohammad & Joshua are currently undertaking Level 2 Carpentry & Joinery while Tia , Ben & Thomas prefer the NVQ Level 3 Carpentry OSAT pathway and our BTEC in Construction - Quantity Surveying HTQ Andreas supports our commercial team at HQ.
