Poor weather has delayed us with this process, looking forward to getting the roof on next week to get this on watertight.

Let’s take time to appreciate just how good this space looks, with the room being opened using steel beams to create a more user friendly space, great for hosting.

The ground floor works are coming to an end with just the finish joinery works needing completed. The first floor works being finalised , which we will start to see more content coming from this in the near future.

Project update at Stranmillis,
- We’ve completed the new French door install.
- Installed new window in the utility
- Poured RTU’s UltraCem floor to get the perfect floor for the kitchen to be fitted on before tiling is completed.
- We are due to complete the new driveway and finish building the back steps to the extension.

It’s great to see the progress on this one and begin to see the final product.

We’re delighted to share that very our own apprentice Rhys Cobain has been awarded the achievement of the Dean List Award at Ulster University for showing his outstanding academic achievement.

This is just an example of Rhys’ work ethic and drive to be the best academically and professionally in the industry.
