40 Bar Stretch Blow Moulding Compressor Package
Supply and installation of this complete high pressure compressor package ranging from 0-40Bar for this stretch-blow moulding application, all skid mounted to provide a compact footprint within the plant room. With an oil free and low dewpoint spec demanded for this application, the package which includes a compressor from the BOGE K range will provide a 16 Bar preblow pressure and a 40 bar final blow pressure, and without having to boost a lower pre inlet pressure. With a flow rate of 390 L/min ( 14CFM) a two stage filtration spec down to 0.01 micron and high pressure timer condensate drains from the high pressure galvanised receiver, all provide a complete turn key package.

We were contacted by a Belfast company who were relocating to brand new and larger premises to facilitate their exciting new expansion this year. We were required to provide an energy efficient solution capable of delivering a growing compressed air demand, as the expansion progressed to completion. The BOGE C22-2LFDR Compressed air station on, mounted on a 270 Litre galvanised receiver and integrated refrigerant dryer provided the answer. With a FAD output of up to 131CFM, the C22-2LFDR provides the air required for the full production demand, and also a 30% buffer capacity for future growth. Reliability and service support where essential factors for this customer in choosing the BOGE C22-2LFDR and service back up by PCM Airpower.

Completion of another compressed air package into a new factory in County Tyrone. The BOGE 18.5Kw VSD – 2 model providing maximum energy efficiency for this new and growing metal fabrication company. Package included VSD Compressor, refrigerant dryer, receiver, filters, oil water separator unit and supply and installation of distribution pipework, and all ex stock PCM Belfast. The enquiry was required urgently ahead of production equipment arriving and was turned around within 10 days, from initial point of contact to installation and commissioning. This is the third BOGE compressor from PCM Airpower this customer has purchased in recent years, which he has commented is due to the reliability of the BOGE equipment and the ongoing high level of service support from PCM.

Water Solution!
Supply and installation of a complete compressed air package for this water treatments site in Northern Ireland, Air quality spec demanded a high level of filtration and a dewpoint of minus - 20c.
BOGE DAZ range dryers ensured the application dewpoint was exceeded and air filtration to ISO8573-1 class 1:2:1 delivered.
