When a child is seriously ill, their whole family's world stops. The teams at Belfast's Royal Hospital for Sick Children show up for those families every single day — with skill, compassion, and heart.

That's why we’re abseiling 90 metres down Fairhead cliffs on 20th June as part of the Little Heroes challenge. Honestly? We’re terrified. But it's nothing compared to what those kids and parents go through. 💙
