Right hand return manifold pin-holed, a very common occurrence especially with these getting older.

New block fitted complete with AAV, Safety relief valve and flow turbine adapter. Every rubber o-ring and fibre washer that was disturbed was replaced 👍

Customer had opted to change boilers location as they’ve had nothing but issues with it since it was installed and put this down to it being outside.

Existing external domestic pipework insulated to provide protection against frost ❄️

Condensate upgraded.
