My boiler and cylinder are getting their annual service tomorrow, so of course I’ll say to Ian the technician, “I can’t believe it’s been a year since you last came. Doesn’t time fly?” He’ll reply, “Doesn’t it just!” Then we’ll both roll our eyes, stand there awkwardly for a moment, and finally get on with our tasks - his being the boiler service, mine being to disappear into another room and pretend to be busy while listening out in case he needs me.

Hello June. 🌼 We have had a very warm run-up to June and Summer and today we welcome a bit of rain.
Normally we hear about clients who run out of oil but the last week, Benenden has been in the news for the lack of water to households.
Something we tend to take for granted but then when we don’t have it, in a heatwave, it makes life very uncomfortable.

It would be worth checking the pressure on your boiler hasn’t dropped beneath the recommended limit, normally around 1 bar but check with your boiler instructions.

🏡We are also seeing a little movement in the housing market and if you are new to the area, we advise a quick check on your boiler from an experienced boiler engineer. We can help with that if you call the office on 01580240774.
