It has been a few weeks since we last visited the Hamilton K27A under construction, and the construction team are making great progress in having this home completed for it new owners in the near future.

With the kitchen starting to be installed we can see the amazing amount of storage available. The raised ceiling which is a standard inclusion with this design gives a subtle distinction between the formal and informal living areas , plus adds a touch of elegance.

Once painting is completed, titling will commence, as will plumbing fit offs, wardrobe and pantry fit outs, electricals , stone benchtops to be installed plus a variety of other items to complete this home , so it is certainly a busy and exciting time! .

Externally our customer has chosen Dulux Lexicon half strength as their colour for the feature cladding, with Dulux "Endless Dusk" as the render colour, combined with Colorbond Monument as the roof colour. These colours do compliment each other nicely and do reflect the light and airy feel that is felt inside the home.
Congratulations to to our customers and our amazing colour studio team who have worked together to create such a beautiful calming and sophisticated theme for this home.

This Hampshire facade is certainly taking shape and would be a standout in any street.
Seen here with the eave linings being installed the team have made fantastic progress on this build ,with works only commencing 12 weeks ago we are certainly on target to deliver this customer their new home well before time, which of course they are thrilled about!

Great to see another Kaloha home underway for its new owner. This design is the Zandina K24, which offers 4 bedrooms, plus a Home Office (or 5th Bedroom). .

We are out on the road again , this time we are travelling to Warragul, a beautiful area just 45 minutes from Berwick along the M1.

Our customers block is ideal for construction , and is just waiting for a new home to be built.

Our lovely customer has selected the Hamilton K27 from our range which does compliment the block perfectly, with 4 bedrooms, and home office, home theatre room, plus powder room, and a host of other features, the Hamilton K27 is ideal for the growing family.

We look forward to starting their new home in the very near future, but for the moment is all hands on deck, finalizing the finer details and completing colour selections to ensure we can start thier home in the coming months.

Featured Supplier AAA Advanced Windows.

A recent visit to the AAA showrooms was amazing.
Every Kaloha home is constructed using AAA Advanced windows throughout every home, AAA use only the higest quality semi commercial componetry all sourced from Australian Suppliers, including quality glass from Veridian. Like Kaloha, "quality before quantity" is the mantra, with attention to detail and innovation being key elements. Innovation such as modern double and triple hung windows, and a unique sliding door system that incorporates a retractable pull out screen converting any room into a home theatre.
Of course every Kaloha Customer is invited to visit the AAA showroom and see the vast array of innovative products available. AAA Advanced windows and Kaloha , another reason why a Kaloha build is a better build.

A very exciting day for another Kaloha customer with their home commencing on site today !

Site preparation has commenced, with drainage to go in shortly.

As we continue to follow our journey of the construction of this Hamilton K27A, good progress was made this week with roof trusses and windows installed.

Many thanks to our trade professionals who continue to impress with their skills and attention detail , to the point of sweeping out the home once thier role has been completed leaving this site ready for the next trade to commence .
It is these small details and diciplines that lead to a better build for our customers.
