Ranch style balustrades are considered unsafe these days. Here we have another balustrade refurbishment with oak handrail, string and newel caps. The spindles are ready primed and the newels ready for decoration. This was for a lovely client in St Leonard’s .

2 Boiler cupboards. The first using MDF and pine and features slatted shelves to work as a sort of airing cupboard. The second boiler cupboard was to replace an existing cupboard which didn’t work very well with the new boiler. We had to cut away the LHS of the carcass so the boiler front cover can slide off for maintenance.

Kitchen make over in listed property.
The landlord didn’t want to go to the expense of a complete new kitchen so we replaced the drawers which were falling apart with some sturdy heavy duty ones. We also replaced the doors, plinths and appliance panel.
