Project complete…

Just look at this transformation!

Extension, complete renovation and re structuring of the internal layout. New bathrooms, kitchen and living spaces.

What a difference it has made to the rear exterior of this property.

Progress continuing well on this ground floor extension and garage conversion project…

With the existing space now opened up and knocked through into the garage area, the new layout is really starting to take shape.

Works began with excavation and pouring of the new footings, followed by building up the internal course and preparing the sub-base with MOT ready for the concrete sub-base installation.

Since then, concrete prep and pours have been completed, alongside stud wall construction, insulation and membrane installation, lintel installation, and block infilling to form the new openings.

A lot of progress in a short space of time, with the transformation now becoming much easier to see.

This is a really nice phase of the build...

The difficult and awkward groundworks and service installations are now complete, and we can make good around the two houses ready for the bricklayers and scaffolding.

At this stage, it’s so important to get the site safe, tidy, and organised, because that’s what helps the next phase run smoothly and efficiently.

There’s a huge amount of hard work that goes into a build before the visible parts start to take shape, and much of it is never seen once the project is complete.
