In terms of insulation, 3 meters are free and an additional fee is charged for one additional meter (the distance between indoor and outdoor).
If trunking of the pipe line is required, an additional fee will be charged for that as well.
We provide a If you need 5-year warranty for this unit. you should continue service and repair with us, in that term no one can involve to this unit .we will service the unit four times a year, and one service will be free of charge. It costs £90 to service a unit. But if you have a service agreement with us, you will get a 30% discount for one service.
Removing this unit and installing it elsewhere will cancel the warranty
