Just going to leave this here.....

Scanned, designed, manufactured and running in less than 8 working days. Ok they're not all like that and it is easier when you have a pre-existing design to iterate, but.....you get the point.

Another great sprint weekend for Round 2 of the Javelin and Japanese sprint series.

1st in the Japanese GT500 class, 2nd in J2 of Javelin Sprint series and 9th overall.

More importantly the car is back to it's best, watching back the in car video it's so well behaved and if I wasn't so rusty it would be so much faster!

Amazing day if a little too warm but great to chalk up more miles on our GMR components.

More upgrades in the works hopefully ready for Cadwell in ~6weeks.

We’ve been quiet because we’ve been busy.

Plenty of GMR airboxes have been heading out to customers over the last couple of weeks, and now we’ve got this beautiful Peugeot 306 GTi6 in for a full ITB kit and calibration — freshly back from the Green Hell.

Our Peugeot 205 GTi6 ITB kit was developed around our own test car, where packaging is properly tight. The 306 gives us a little more underbonnet space to work with, so we’re taking the opportunity to optimise the kit specifically for the 306 installation.

Our development process is simple:

Strip it.
3D scan it.
Drop in the CAD models.
Check the fitment digitally.
Manufacture the parts.

No guesswork. No templates. No “close enough”.

Just proper scan-to-CAD engineering.

Optimised 306 GTi6 ITB kit coming soon!

New product alert! Firstly we've confirmed the fitment of all our GTi6 product on to the Mi16 engine. The o-ringed sealed manifolds will fit directly after the removal of the intake manifold dowels.

We've added the shorter variant of the GTi6/Mi16 manifold that goes with our DCOE type airbox specifically designed for the Peugeot 205/306 to clear the bonnet.

Oh and to top it all off, when you combine the intake manifold and airbox on your GTi6 or Mi16 you'll be reducing the weight of your setup by 600g!

It looks amazing here in Matty Fox's 205 engine bay!

Sneak preview: GMR Honda K20 ITB Kit — due for release in May.

50mm GMR throttle bodies, OEM sensors, OEM injectors, OEM-location fuel rail — and yes, designed to run on the standard Honda ECU with a proper remap.

The manifold geometry is designed to shape airflow smoothly into the K20 cylinder head at the correct matched intake port angle, while keeping the runners as direct as possible and minimising bends to clear the top pulley.

Supports:

• Standard injectors
• OEM-location fuel rail
• OEM throttle position sensor
• OEM MAP sensor
• OEM air intake temperature sensor

Proper ITB response. Proper drivability. Proper engineering.

Coming May.

200bhp from a stock GTi6… on ITBs 👀

That noise 👇 is a 45mm GMR ITB setup with OEM injector position and long runners — built for torque, not just peak numbers.

But the interesting bit isn’t just power…

The thermal images show what’s actually happening under load:
• ITBs ~22–30°C
• Surrounding engine bay 80°C+

That temperature delta = denser air and more consistent performance pull after pull.

Drives like OEM… screams like a touring car.

Would you take this over a short runner / high-rev setup?
