New Industrial Units & Car Parking, Barnstaple
We recently completed the groundworks package for a new industrial units and car parking development in Barnstaple.
Our scope of works included:
- Site preparation, including reduced level excavations and engineered fill
- Building substructure, including holding down bolts for the steel frame and an RC40 power-floated concrete floor slab
- Cherry picker margin
- Below-ground drainage, including manholes, inspection chambers and ACO drainage channels
- Attenuation tank installation
- Below-ground services
- RC40 brushed-finish concrete access road
- Tarmac car parking
- Block paved footpaths
- Kerbs and edgings
- Gravel margins
- Landscaping
