Hi all.
From the bottom of my heart thank you.
It was a pleasure to move for 20 hours ish with you and it shows the power of what good people can do.

Its our second event for Rita's Rescue (the first piggy backed onto Murph in May)

So really our first stand alone event.

I've had this dream to help families for 30 years now, since I was the little boy 👦 lost 😢 in the situation home
So believe me when I say it means so much to me.

Thanks to Anna for being the driving force and all consuming in making the charity come to life this year, you truly are a beautiful soul.
I'm eternally grateful and all the families who we are starting to help now and in the future should know about you.

We raised our target fund which is amazing, we can aid Cranstoun to deliver the courses now I know they'll be happy.

Moving forward we have some paperwork to do, planning for the future but we'll be taking a break for a little time.

We have our next aim of Christmas boxes for approximately 30 children we will pass out details in the future about this.

I hope everyone is okay and still moving 💓

Rest up and get some replenishing food in you god knows you deserve it

Rita's Rescue Box Step Challenge for Cranstoun - JustGiving

Friday September the 8th & 9th
The IronMind Fitness members will be taking on a huge task in aid of charity Rita's rescue.

They will be attempting to climb the height of Mount Everest in 24 hours
By repeatedly perfom 20 inch box steps appropriately 14`000 of them in teams of four, 583 an hour just under 10 every minute.

Rita's rescue are raising money to provide funding for the following course

Drawing and Talking

Drawing and Talking is a therapeutic intervention for children and adults. It is designed as a short-term pro-active intervention intended to complement, rather than replace, the work of Specialist Mental Health Services. Through a 12-week cycle of sessions this non-intrusive tool allows children and young people to bring what they need to their sessions. Utilising drawing as a way to help them express their feelings differently in ordinary verbal language.

The aim is to hopefully provide enough funds for 9 people to be put through the course.
