Well.. this takes me back to the beginning of J**o supporting Toshiba EX PLCs . Had a call to extract program from a standby generator set at a large well known building in center of Birmingham.
Mission accomplished. !! You cannot beat the old DOS programs LOL.. no worries with windows upgrades 😉
Customer's options once we issue print out of program is open to either maintain , repair or upgrade. We can assist and carry out all if required.

We have recently had several new customers contact us via our website with really old Toshiba EX , Mitsubishi F series ( before F1 lol) and Omron C20.
Remember programming all these units nearly 35 years ago with handheld programmers and bits of paper with IL logic/boolean statements and then scribbled into bits of ladder to make sence on paper as printouts not really a easy option especially on site and PDFs unheard of 🤣.
Things have a come a long way with PLCs these days but its amazing how much of this old kit is still chugging away.
Been a while since we posted , its been really busy.

Another red hot day roasting away in london on the roof of London Designer Outlet, Wembley. Troubleshooting and sorting Siemens S7-1200 and ASi issues. Was doing some grumbling about how hot it was to the engineers with me and then I looked over and saw the guys working on top of Wembley stadium 😀😀😫

Bet they they have a nice sun tan 😎😎

On the top of St Barts Hospital . Central London. snagging issues on a Xinje PLC . Another make and model to add to our ever growing list of systems both modern and legacy PLCs we can support. I Was a bit shocked when the upload came back in statement list.😀
Reminds me of the old days with Mitsubishi F series and early Omron C20s with hand held programmers, along with a few more. Think this is a chinese copy of the very popular mitsubishi FX series.

Well could only happen to us.
Installing a new straight forward electro-pneumatic control panel for existing roof vents at Paddington Station.
What a day to pick ! Must have been around 38 degrees plus on the platform ,it was actually cooler up on the roof providing you didnt stand by the aircon units. Everyone swealtering and some swearing with trains getting cancelled.
Thought this would be nice and easy one!

Traditionally we get quite a few visitors through December, catching up on how the year has gone, discussing upcoming projects for the new year, reps dropping off 2022 literature etc. Please be advised with the latest variant of Covid we have once again taken action to restrict visitors to our premises. Whilst we love to see you all, with the outside chance that a goodwill visit could lead to a 10 day shut down, we are requesting that you keep in contact via other means at the moment. Before we put these on usual advertising sites, are any of our FB followers or their work places after any second hand conveyor belts? Its a shame, they have been outside covered up over the lockdown due to one of our customers shutting plant down. Two of them are stainless beds and are complete with controls. They have new perspex guarding that was fitted by ourselves not too long ago.
They still owe us some monies but will still sell for a fraction of what they would cost new.
We can also modify or revamp to fit in with new user requirements.
Beds are typically 5 to 7mtrs with 600mm wide belts . All mobile on castor wheels .
Please get in touch for info and costs, to enquire about them being modified for your use or to make an offer.
No timewasters with silly offers from anyone thinking in terms of scrap. These are not scrap, they are more suited to being repurposed and offering someone a chance for some good conveyors at a much discounted price.

A short video clip showing testing of a specialist film shearing machine, designed and manufactured by ourselves.
Whilst the manufacture of a specialist film shearing machine isn't unique, this design incorporates our own bespoke, 3D printed cutting head. Housing three, regular stanley knife style blades, conventional or ceramic, our design not only reduces the amount of down time required to change blades, but also provides our client with a more economical blade solution.

Flying out to the job in Italy, we had essential tools but obviously couldn't take lifting gear with us. The Italian contractors had promised to assist and with so few contractors and equipment on site, came up with a novel approach to help us set the conveyors...

A little bit of catch up, back at the end of September we posted some images of the yard outside of our factory, full of conveyors we were preparing for an install in Turin, Italy. Well the conveyors arrived safely on time and we landed the same day to start the install. Being a virtually brand new clean distribution centre helped, the electricial contractors still finishing off and running behind didn't! Despite this we managed to stay safe, complete a successful install and return just ahead of a travel lockdown.
