WE’RE HIRING AN EXPERIENCED JOINER
Join a growing team at Torus Construction Group (TCG)
Bingley | Projects across West Yorkshire (occasional national work)
Wage to be discussed depending on experience
40 hours per week (+ potential overtime paid at time and a half)
Torus Construction Group (TCG) is looking for an experienced Joiner to join our growing team. This is a hands-on role for a skilled joiner who can take responsibility for the day-to-day running of jobs on site, while working alongside a team of joiners to deliver high-quality projects.
Our work is primarily commercial construction, with some domestic and leisure sector projects. We regularly work within schools, hospitals, and public sector buildings.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and supervise joiners and site operatives on projects
• Manage the day-to-day running of jobs on site
• Ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, and to a high standard
• Coordinate materials, workflow, and site organisation
• Communicate effectively with management, clients, and other trades
• Maintain a safe and professional working environment
Requirements
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role
• Strong joinery background with excellent attention to detail
• Ability to lead a team and manage site operations confidently
• Good communication and organisational skills
• Management qualification desirable (or willingness to undertake one)
• Full UK driving licence
• DBS check required due to working in schools (TCG will arrange this if needed)
