Existing patio had been down for 5 years all flags were loose on spot beds with no drainage, we lifted, re laid and extended the patio complete with aco drains around the perimeter. Even though the majority of the paving was old we managed to clean them up rather well. Pease like and share.

Old roof and trusses removed. Gable ends built 1.5m higher. 3 large steel lifted in with a crane to carry roof timbers, new timbers, 2x velux windows, 2x dormers with silicon render finish. Dry verge and dry ridge system used. New black fascia’s and soffits. Created a usable extra floor for master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and storage. Please like and share.

Completed photos of the job in eldwick now it’s been tarmacced by Neil Stringwell. Plenty of dig out footings for all stone walls, kandla grey Indian paving, a combination of slotted aco drains and brick slot acos. Kandla grey coping stones. New dry verges and lead replacement above the bay window. Plenty of hard graft and a lovely finish. Please like and share.

Recent extension in bingley, finished interior pictures still to come. Customer removed an old conservatory we dug the footings, concreted, built to roofline with gable end that we installed large steel. We fit the doors and windows, concreted and insulated the floor, built partitions for downstairs bathroom, boarded and plastered and self levelled the floor for an immaculate finish. After the storms earlier this year the wind blew the chimney over and took the full gable end with it. We took it down to a safe point and rebuilt to the structural engineers design. Over £700 of helical ties, wall ties, corner straps and roof restraints. New slates, new fascia and fix all the neighbours fence gates and walls where all of it landed. Big job moving, sorting and getting all the stone up the scaffold. Only lets me put 10 photos on got a full library and Still need to get a photo once scaffold is down.
