Insurance job I did a while ago. They had a leak in the mains water pipe and didn’t realise till floor started giving in.

Work carried out;
💫rip up and take out all the floor and joists.
💫knocked the subfloor down.
💫industrial dehumidifier to dry the house out.
💫damp proof injection into the walls.
💫rebuild subfloor and install wall plates.
💫 installed the joists and flooring.
💫new wires installed for new plugs.
💫plastered the walls
💫redecorate the rooms

💫new bathrooms
💫refurb the kitchen
💫tidied up and clear the gardens
💫repair the sash windows
💫strengthen the joist
💫sand down and paint
💫damp proof injection
💫fix new guttering
💫new carpet throughout

The subway tiles are the new trend at the moment, it’s all I done. Definitely changes the room with some tiles.
