As we are reaching the end of another successful year at Dave Group LTD, we take a look back at some of the works we have undertaken in the past year.

In 2019 and 2020 we worked on a number of major schemes for a variety of clients. By combining the Group’s resources with a talented and dedicated workforce, we were able to undertake these projects successfully - meeting and exceeding our clients’ requirements.

We look forward to another year of continued growth in 2021 for Dave Group LTD

The majority of concrete used in construction is hidden but there are an increasing number of developments which use visual grade concrete expressively. Our recently completed project, St. Paul's School, required the use of visually exposed in-situ concrete, which was an integral part of the overall design process.

Particular attention was given to the colour and texture of the concrete elements that were visible in the completed building – this included soffits, walls, columns and staircases, with regard to detailing, formwork, setting out and curing.

Every surface is affected by detailing, so careful workmanship was required by the project team in order to deliver on the degree of accuracy required by the client, whilst also delivering on the aesthetic requirements of the overall finish.
