Another example of a project we have recently completed is the refurbishment and extension of a residential property in Bournville.
The works compromised the refurbishment of the existing property, two storey rear extension and associated front and rear external works including installation of artificial grass to the front.
We are particularly proud of this development as we were required to adhere to Bournville Village Trust's planning, guide including matching the existing windows, roof style and structure, brickwork and mortar exactly.

A project we have recently completed, we undertook the refurbishment of the existing retail unit, construction of a new Costa Coffee and associated external works.
This project included internal alterations, fit out, M&E and external cladding to the existing retail unit and the entire construction of the new Costa Coffee unit. Including external larch cladding, glazed curtain walling and zinc seam roof covering. The works also included the external associated drainage, providing and installing of new bollards.
