Customer had a summerhouse that they had built 6 years ago. They had a bad leak for a while which they got sorted in the end. After another year or two we get a call to ask if we can fix the moving floor that was dropping/sinking everytime you stood on it. After ripping two layers of laminate and the floorboards up we exposed the joists underneath to be rotten and falling apart from the leak. Fitted new joists and noggings, new caberdeck flooring aswell as new membrane, underlay, laminate and finally the beading. One strong floor ready for many winters to come + one happy customer👷‍♂️🏡

Window hinges were bent that bad the bottom one had fell off and the top one was the only thing holding the window from falling straight out the frame. We arrived out new hinges top and bottom after fighting to get the top one out the frame as it was pop riveted in!🙃 fitted both and got the window working as it should opening and closing without any issues. Not just woodwork we do😉
