One year ago, Yousaf joined the business looking for a new challenge. Today, he’s officially been promoted to Full Manager.

His journey hasn’t been straightforward. After leaving school without GCSEs, he started out in engineering through an apprenticeship, before later going to university and graduating with a First Class degree in Business. Before joining the company, he gained previous sales experience alongside leadership and people management. However, he wanted an environment with more opportunity for growth and progression.

Yousaf has built a strong office culture while delivering standout results. In just one year, he has:

📈 Earned promotion to Full Manager

👥 Built an office of 25 people

🔥 Delivered 315 fuels in a single week

⚡️ His team hit a personal best of 100 fuels in one day

"A few years ago I was working in hospitality with no previous sales experience and no real idea where I wanted to go long term. 🏨🤷‍♂️

Since joining DWM, the journey has completely changed my life. 💫 I’ve developed confidence, learned the art of sales, and been surrounded by a working environment that pushes you to improve every day. 📈🚀

Last week was a massive milestone for both myself and the team. 🏆 I personally broke the daily company record with 16 sales in one day, alongside hitting the weekly company record of 101 fuels! 💥🔥

When I first started, I never imagined how much I’d grow in such a short space of time, both professionally and personally. Looking back to having little money in my account and no real direction, compared to where I am now at 21, is something I’m genuinely proud of. 💳➡️💪
