We have been back to back over the last few months and haven't been able to post about all of the amazing transformations we have been working on!

Here is one we completed earlier in the year for a regular customer of ours.

The worktop and the window sill were both damp, rotten and in very poor condition. The customer didn't want to replace the worktop so we worked our magic and restored it as best we could. The Original Victorian window frame was also severely rotten and we transformed it back to its former glory!

Below are great comparison photos of a recently completed kitchen project for a great customer!

Before - the kitchen was tired, dated and lack lustre. The window glazing had blown and the exposed gas pipe and broken floor tiles made it an uninviting space.

After - Bright, Clean and Modernised. The kitchen needed re-plaster-boarding and re-plastering, a new double glazed UPVC window fitted, new flooring and a new kitchen. SB&I organised and outsourced gas safe engineers and an electrician for a safety certificate to ensure all works are completed safely. This is part of the service at SB&I saving the landlord time and money.

This space has been transformed into a welcoming space ready for new tenants!

We met with her and produced an extensive report detailing all of the works needed and we began work the next day! It was a pleasure to work for her and help her to restore her investment property back to its full potential !

After completing a recent renovation project for a landlord we are taking some time to reflect on the difference a refresh can make to a property.
As a landlord your property is your investment and SB&I understand that keeping your investment safe is a priority. We make it our mission to identify any property defects and correct them to a high standard to maintain your investment for years to come.
From a different perspective, Home is a feeling. When your property is tired, dated, damaged and unsafe any tenant is more likely not to respect your property as it doesn't feel like home.

BEFORE & AFTER
This client asked SB&I to remove the existing boiler cupboard and create a new opening for a new pair of oak double doors. Fitting the new doors opened up the kitchen and lounge to create a open plan feeling to the down stairs.
