Completed recently guardian tiled conservatory. We excavated 1.1 meter deep foundations, we then had to re route drain runs to the outside of the base area in a bigger chamber manhole to suit the build, a cctv survey was completed before an after. We used high stress lintels over the new drain runs an had to excuvate a 1 meter section more out of one of the legs which formed a T shape on the end of the leg, this is to create an ancor an prevent the concrete from twisting over time an give more bearing an stability for the lintil. We used a Squint brick in the design to match the shape of the customers garden soldier course added in to match in with the house , all artificial grass was relaid an cut back around the base area All under an compliant to building control a very happy customer.
