Complex boiler installation completed and another happy customer.

This beast of a boiler failed and due to age spare parts had been discontinued. After a couple of discussions the customer decided to replace the boiler for a Vaillant Ecotec plus. It was a complicated install due to the existing boiler having separated zones for downstairs underfloor heating, upstairs radiators and a hot water cylinder. The underfloor heating manifold had to be upgraded and controls modified for the new system but now works like a dream. Another happy customer.

Had a customer contact us due to their boiler making some irregular noises during operation, ketteling, knocking and over heating and general poor performance. Condense pipe was blocked with debris which lead to the investigation of the heat exchanger below the main burner. This shows the importance of an annual boiler service. The heat exchanger couldn't be saved so was replaced.

Another underfloor heating install completed. Small extension with bifolds split into two zones to help with heat up time.

A nice bathroom job with underfloor heating to keep the toes warm on those colder mornings. It was an interesting job as the customer knew there was a slight leak from somewhere but hadn't been able to locate it. Only after the strip out did the extent and location of the leak become visible.
A lovely job for some lovely clients.

An interesting system conversion before winter sets in..... The old balanced flue boiler in the kitchen had seen better days so the customer decided to upgrade the system and heating controls. We relocated the boiler into the loft to free up some more space in the kitchen.

Front room renovation and classic flame effect gas fire to finish it all off. Perfect for those cold winter evenings that are coming far too soon!!

Recieved a call about a boiler with a fault. No hot water or central heating.... While diagnosing the issue we also found a leak and a faulty safety device. After replacing the fan and rectifying the leak we had to tackle the pressure relief valve at the back of the boiler. These are the jobs I love, gutted the boiler and removed the main hydraulic block for access, repaired and replaced.

Client had a large puddle accumulating under the boiler but several engineers couldn't find the leak..... After a quick inspection found the vertical flue poorly installed, replaced flue and flat roof flashing sealing correctly, we soon had the situation recitified.

Another happy customer..... Old Baxi combi decommissioned and a new larger Worcester combi installed to help with the future extension for an extra bathroom. Also added new controls to help with temperature regulation.
