Allah…Creator of the nights that pass quietly
and the years that slip through our fingers…
Another year that the world follows has come to an end, while You Almighty Allah, in Your perfect timing, have placed us
in the gentle, sacred breeze of Rajab.
While the world counts days, we are counting deeds.
While they prepared for fireworks, we prepared for forgiveness.
While they dressed for celebrations, we dress our hearts for Ramadan.
May our year begin not with a calendar flip,
but when our heart flips back to You.
Yaa Rabb…
open for us the doors of Your mercy,
bless us with sincerity, softness, and istiqamah.
Let this month be a witness that we tried,
that we returned,
that we turned our faces toward You again.
As the world prepares for its new beginning,
we prepare for the month we were created to live for,
month of Qur’an, fasting N sujood.
Yaa Allah, allow us to reach Ramadan
with hearts purified, intentions renewed,
N steps firm on the path of Your Deen.
Allahumma Aameen ya Rab Al AALAMEEN 🤲🤲
