✨ Exciting News from CG Reynolds! ✨

We’re proud to announce that CG Reynolds has officially entered a new chapter as we move into our fantastic new office space — a project designed and delivered entirely by our talented in‑house team which included some of our apprentices.

This move marks more than just a change of address. It represents our commitment to growth, innovation, and creating an environment where our people can thrive. From concept to completion, the team has crafted a workspace that reflects who we are and where we’re heading.

A special highlight of the project has been creating a fresh, inspiring workspace for all our work teams from office staff, to offsite manufacturing and to include apprentice fixers. It’s important to us that the next generation of talent feels supported, valued, and equipped with the right environment to develop their skills — and this new space does exactly that.

Thank you to everyone involved in bringing this vision to life. Here’s to new beginnings, continued collaboration, and the exciting opportunities ahead for CG Reynolds.

🎉 Amazing news from CG Reynolds Trade Academy! 🎉

A massive congratulations to our trainees — Gerard Whitty, Garnet Stewart, and George Fowell — who have all made it through to the Skill Build Finals in Milton Keynes this November! 🙌

We’re incredibly proud of their hard work and dedication. And a huge shoutout to our brilliant tutor Joe Hensey — your patience and support have been a huge part of this success. We wouldn’t be here without you!

Fantastic news for the whole academy — let’s bring it home in November! 💪

🐣 A cracking Easter effort! 🐣

Just before the Easter break, CG Reynolds Ltd teamed up with our amazing client and design team to collect Easter eggs for the pupils at St Joseph Primary School in Nechells – and what a result!

Thanks to the generous contributions from:

…we managed to collect a fantastic 64 Easter eggs, enough for every class to receive a sweet surprise!

Happy International Women’s Day

A day we celebrate women who inspire us, their accomplishments and also gender equality which is slowly getting there … albeit there is a way to go!

Did you know in 2023, 15.8% of the construction workforce in the UK was female, according to the Office for National Statistics (ONS). This is a 3.2% increase from before the pandemic.

At CG Reynolds we are trying to encourage change and currently 10.2% of our workforce
Is female which isn’t too bad for a small family business, a 1.7% increase over the last 4 years.

We have fabulous women in a variety of roles HR & Training, Finance, Environment & Sustainability and Health & Safety.

On this special day we want to spotlight Nieve Callaghan a Trainee SHEQ Officer who joined our business less than 12 months ago, and like many of us completely brand new to construction. She has had, and still continues on, a very steep learning journey becoming knowledgeable not just in Health & Safety but also everything DryLining and construction. She is going from strength to strength and a very very valuable asset to our business. Well done Nieve!

And well done Abigail Jones, Chartered MCIPD Shelley Wickett Rachel Liang Yasmin Rasool Vicky Scott-Garrett and Scarlet Swift we appreciate you all!
