We've not posted anything for quite sine time so here's one of the wetrooms we did over the summer....

A lot more complicated then it looks, having to almost rebuild the dormer after the previous incantation of the shower room was very poorly laid out.

The floor was raised, door was moved, large window repositioned, small window exposed, hot and cold water and waste plumbing completly renewed...
..plus everything you can see

Finished the last kitchen of 'the year of kitchen-diners'. Less plastering then we usually do, but due to the fairly large area of floor tiling and the poor finish of decorating and surprises under the existing floor tiling left by the previous home owners, didn't make it any easier... came out nice though

A few photos of a job we did earlier this year for a very nice couple we've know for a few years or so 😉. One or two surprises but that's expected for a house over 250 years old

A Kitchen/lounge/diner we a few years ago now, which was originally two rooms. We stripped everything out back to brick and ceiling josts and two sections of walls were removed to create one big space... We then put it all back together.

Some built in storage from last Summer/Autumn we designed, built, fitted and decorated for a customer's home office.

I was asked to come up with a design that would incorporate a wardrobe, a lot of shelving, areas for display and something a bit interesting. As the walls had no features to speak of, except a radiator, we opted for a asymmetrical floating shelf type design, leading down one wall from the wardrobe towards the window, with extra shelf support from several display boxes, all painted with a tailored scheme of several colours accenting the boxes and doors

The end result created a lot of storage (it's bigger then it looks) and something that's lot more interesting then your standard wardrobe and formal bookcase, without feeling too overbearing or oppressive in the space

On top of that the whole room was stripped of wallpaper, all plastered, getting rid of the artex ceiling in the process, all decorated with a few new sockets too

The last photo was sent to us from the customer when everything was going in and the shelves were being filled... check the matching chair

Next up is a bathroom we did last year, which was far more complex then it looks. Room was completely stripped to brick and floor/ceiling joists, and everything was reinstated including pipework and electrics.

It was pretty tricky to conceal the waste pipes and connect the floating toilet to the existing drains due to a few architectural features. The extra work required was well worth it as it made for a much neater and smarter finish without a pipe in sight

Not posted anything for some time, so I thought I'd share a few photos of some selected jobs we've done over the last few years.

For starters this is a flat we renovated from wall paper stripping though to decoration, with plastering and new timber work, not to mention removing 2 load bearing walls and moving the kitchen from one end of the flat to the other

All work undertaken by me and Elishia with exception of the electrics, new boiler and carpet fitting and floor sanding and finishing
