A landlord contacted us after their tenant left the property in a terrible condition.

The property needed a light refurbishment before it could be put back on the rental market.

Always a great feeling when a customer invites us back for more work — this time we’re tackling a toilet and canteen refurbishment for a busy haulage and transport company. 🚛💪

We’re stripping everything back and giving both areas a full refresh:
🎨 Repainting all walls, ceilings, skirting boards, and door frames

🚽 Swapping the old ceramic urinals for stainless-steel urinal troughs – tough, hygienic, and easy to maintain

🧼 Replacing the vanity unit with a stainless-steel wash trough fitted with auto pop-up taps – saving water and cutting down on maintenance 💧

🚾 Installing brand-new toilet systems and non-slip Polysafe vinyl flooring for a safe, hard-wearing finish

☕ In the canteen, we’re giving the space a fresh new look by installing new kitchen units, hard wearing nvinly sheet one slip polysafe flooring giving a finnish thats nice clean, practical, and built for daily commercial use.

We’ve given this lovely home a full refresh from top to bottom — and it’s looking spot on! 👌

All walls were stripped back, re-lined with lining paper, and finished with a smooth blemish-style paint finish throughout. 🎨
To complete the look, we fitted brand-new oak veneered FD30 fire doors, which I personally hung to make sure every detail was perfect. 🚪💪

It’s all about pride in the finish — and this one turned out beautifully. 😍

Both the gents and ladies’ toilets got a full makeover — everything stripped out, refreshed, and finished with new none slip vinly floor, toliets systems, vanity units, semi inset sinks ,auto stop taps hygienic white rock wall cladding by our approved installer.

Hygienic cladding is a great wall finishing product — it’s easy to maintain and clean. We also thermoform all our internal and external corners, and weld all our sheet joints. This makes it even easier to clean while giving a better, more hygienic finish.

It also comes with a 10-year product guarantee when fitted by an approved installer.

✨ All walls stripped, relined with lining paper, and finished with three coats of Johnstone’s Chalk CoverPlus emulsion on both the walls and ceilings.

The woodwork was painted in the same colour — part of the “blemish look” style chosen by the customer — and honestly, it couldn’t have looked better. Great choice, Sarah! 👏

Now the decorating’s finished, we’ve just fitted these absolutely stunning staircase chandeliers! ✨

Two Endon Camille 24-Light Crystal Chandeliers now hang proudly in this beautiful property 💎

We had to strengthen the ceiling to take the weight, but it was totally worth it — they look unreal!

Not too pricey either, and once they’re lit up, the whole place just oozes luxury. 😍
