What you’ll be doing:
• Preparing accurate estimates and cost plans for groundworks and civil engineering projects
• Managing tender submissions and supporting bid processes
• Conducting site surveys and assessments
• Working closely with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure commercial success
• Identifying risks, opportunities, and value engineering solutions
What we’re looking for:
• Proven experience in estimating or surveying within groundworks / civils
• Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset
