- Building Fabric & design - led by a fully qualified RICS Building Surveyor in practice for 30 years

As the residential location comprises of a series of Barn conversions that are of a listed nature, full planning consent was sought and granted before the commencement of any work which comprised of a bespoke installation upon an outbuilding whereby a trench was then utilised to route the armoured cabling to the main building.
