Proud to have completed a project with Thrive recently at their Kings Heath park old TV gardens site. Thrive are a great charity who use gardening to bring positive change to the lives of disabled people or ill health and our work involved widening pathways to ensure they are wheelchair accessible, installing a covered work area, improving drainage and making safe their pond area. Great work from the team 👏👏

Congratulations to 3 members of our team for completing NVQ's recently - Rob who has completed his NVQ level 3 Occupational site supervision, Robbie who's completed his NVQ level 2 Plant for Excavators above 10T and Chadd who's completed his NVQ level 2 Plant for both forward tipping dumper and ride on roller. Lavin and Sons is committed to ensuring that every member of our team is developing and has the right skills to carry our their work safely and to a high standard. Well done to Rob, Robbie and Chadd! 👏👏💪
