Photos of a building that is now under construction, which structural part was designed and calculated by us. Block of flats in London made from masonry cavity walls, timber frame roof and floors, retaining wall for lower ground level flat, steel frame lift shaft with other steel members to support heavier loads from other floor levels and beams. Great job of an architect with whom we were in contact with, to make sure all fit not only structurally but visually as well.

New build block of flats in London. Elevations made by an Architect . Timber roof truss, timber floors with steel beams, steel truss lift shaft, masonry walls, reinforced concrete foundations with retaining walls including lift shaft. Flats along building are on different levels allowing to accommodate more space and rooms.

New build modern detached house for family. Timber roof and floors with masonry cavity walls on strip foundations. Large open space at ground level that required well thought design to keep aesthetic smooth ceiling without visible beams. Elevations shown are made by Architects, who created this modern house. The best part is to hear happy Client who cannot wait when his dream house will be build.

Structural calculations and drawings for 10 story block of flats. Steel frame with concrete floors and piled foundations. Thanks to Team work we could achieve really good results and make sure all is done properly. Structural details for steel connections and foundation reinforcement also has been designed and calculated.
Building shape similar to already designed and build block of flats in London - yes one of our project is almost finished.

One of our latest projects where we had presented oak framed design for garages. We made structural calculations using Robot Structural Analysis Professional to see the frame behaviour in 3D and to assess resistance of each member. As always we provide structural drawings to show members sizes and locations. All ready for building control/warrant application.
Bespoke garage already should be in building stage.

Photos of finished loft conversion made for an Architect with who we work. Creating larger living spaces is s great idea to accommodate more family or create more privacy. As we all stay now at home longer it is excellent opportunity to increase space within a budget.

Short movie from a site of timber frame roof structure for large span detached house with flat top roof. Our Client's builder who was in contact with us during building stages send us this effective movie. Main roof consist truss at the top to allow large leaving space to be created beneath. Great work of the builder and effort of our Engineers in KEMSTRUCT Team make our Client's dream become a reality.

One of few recent projects we have completed for semi-detached house. It required calculations and structural drawings for extension, loft conversion and internal alterations. This involved timber roof trusses, floor joists, steel beams and lintels, steel frames with reinforced concrete foundations. Nice project and we are looking forward to see how the house will look after site works will be completed.
