We have some exciting news to share!
Edward Johnson has joined Indestructible Paint as our new Managing Director. Ed has over 20 years of experience in global industrial businesses, and brings a wealth of knowledge from the aerospace and energy sectors. A First Class Oxford graduate, a fluent Mandarin speaker and a proud Brummie, he's returning home to lead us into the next chapter. 🚀

We’re delighted to share some wonderful news! Our former Managing Director, Brian Norton, has been awarded the BCF Silver Medal by the British Coatings Federation — their highest honour — in recognition of his outstanding service to the coatings industry.🎖

Brian retired earlier this year after a remarkable career at Indestructible Paint, and this award is a fitting tribute to everything he has contributed over the years.

The transition to chrome-free coating systems is no longer theoretical — it’s a technical challenge the industry is actively working through.
In high-temperature aerospace applications, the difficulty has always been maintaining corrosion resistance and coating integrity without relying on hexavalent chrome systems.

At Indestructible Paint, we’ve been developing chrome-free solutions such as CFIPAL and CFIPCOTE to address this directly.

CFIPAL is designed for high-temperature environments, providing oxidation and corrosion resistance on aero engine components while maintaining stability under cyclic thermal loading.

CFIPCOTE complements this with a chrome-free system focused on durable corrosion protection, supporting long-term performance where environmental resistance is critical.
