Combi boiler install this week in Weetwood, Leeds. 🔧

This one was a tricky install due to it been on a top floor flat, in a 3 story building with no lift! We definitely got our steps in. 😅

Our expert gas safe engineers removed a 25 year old non-condensing, inefficient Vokera combi boiler and replaced it with an Ideal Heating Esprit Eco2 24kw with 5 years parts and labour warranty. Fitted a ADEY Magnaclean system filter for added protection, and installed the EPH Controls CP4 wireless programmable thermostat for complete heating control. We also carried out a full system chemical cleanse and added corrosion inhibitor to reduce sludge and debris caused by the old radiators. All this completed in a days hard work. Now that’s value for money and peace of mind!👌

Combi boiler conversion this week in Birstall ♨️

This particular installation required converting the old conventional system to a combi boiler, which produces instantaneous heating and hot water creating a more energy efficient system throughout the home. 🔧

We completely removed the hot water storage cylinder in the airing cupboard and the header tanks in the loft, creating more space for the home owners. We also removed the old heat only boiler, flushed the entire system with chemicals, upgraded the gas main, fitted 3 new radiators in the bedrooms and installed the Ideal Heating Logic Max C35, with a Hive wireless heating thermostat which can be controlled by any Apple or android device. ✅

10 years parts and labour warranty with the Ideal Logic Max range. Coupled by Activ-Heat’s servicing schedule will see this boiler and heating system running efficient for many years to follow. Peace of mind at its finest. 🙌

Combi boiler installation this week here at Activ-Heat 🔧🔥

One of our repeat customers called us as they were looking for a boiler upgrade due to home renovations. Upon inspection it was obvious that the old Worcester Bosch combi wasn’t in great condition, in fact they had to modify the on/off button with kitchen utensils 😳.

Worcester Bosch Greenstar 8000+ 50kw combi boiler installation ♨️🔧

This paticular install required the new boiler moving to a new position due to home renovations. The existing boiler was in an unrepairable way and the customer had done many previous repairs. The 4 bedroom detached home with 2 separate bathrooms required a high hot water flow rate and with 20.4l/min the Worcester Bosch Greenstar 8000+ 50kw was the obvious choice, making hot water issues a thing of the past. We re-routed all the pipework including the gas main and upgraded it to 28mm so the boiler had correct pressure to cope with the high demand. Paired with the Worcester Bosch Greenstar Filter gives this model a 10 year manufacturers warranty meaning 10 years peace of mind! We also installed a hive heating thermostat for complete heating control throughout the home. 🏡
