Today is our the last official work day before Christmas

Due to the cold weather a number of people have been having issues with their smart meters not allowing the gas through for boilers to work
You can check this yourself by testing another gas appliance ie fire or cooker to see if they are getting gas to them
If there arnt getting gas then it’s your gas meter and you will need to contact your energy supplier
If the gas is coming through but boiler still won’t work you will need an engineer to have a look
