Office Administrator (Full-Time β 40 hours/week)
π° Salary: Β£26,000 β Β£28,000 per annum
We are looking for a proactive and highly organised Administrator to support a busy construction business across administration, project coordination, and business support functions.
This is a hands-on role offering variety, responsibility, and the opportunity to work closely with senior team members.
π§ Key Responsibilities
β Report directly to the Senior Administrator and support the management team
β Support daily office operations, including calls, emails, and general administration
β Prepare project documentation across all active jobs (contracts, drawings, estimates, valuations, variations, and additional works)
β Maintain Health & Safety documentation (RAMS, CDM files, F10 notifications, site folders, signage, plan printing) ensuring compliance
β Coordinate plant and equipment schedules
β Manage office supplies, equipment, and procurement
β Coordinate vehicle administration (insurance, MOTs, servicing, tax)
β Manage business insurance renewals and statutory compliance documentation (including NICEIC assessments)
β Liaise with internal teams, clients, and contractors
β Coordinate site meetings with architects and clients
β Assist with tender submissions, new business enquiries, and follow-ups
β Upload supplier invoices to Xero and support Accounts Administrator
β Manage company social media channels and website updates
β Handle administrative tasks for rental properties
β Support the setup of a new maintenance company

Requirements
β Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
β Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
β Good communication skills with a professional approach
β Experience in administration (construction/maintenance desirable but not essential)
β Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
