My Dad, Brian, founded Ampersand Associates in 1988 because he couldn’t find a one-stop company that could offer a multi-disciplined approach from design to delivery. So he started one.
My brother and I grew up in this industry, quite literally born into it. And now Josh, the third generation, is already managing retail rollouts and working towards his MRICS.
What hasn’t changed in 37 years: the commitment to getting it right for our clients, the attention to detail, and the belief that a survey is the foundation of everything.
What has changed: the technology, the scale, the complexity of what we deliver. And the team around us, Duncan, Taran, Nik, Charlotte, Ellie, Ethan, every single one of the team is brilliant at what they do.
