Bishops Stortford College – Pre-prep Extension & Kitchen Fit-out

Project Description
Construction of new extension, from groundworks to roof coverings, complete with lean to for bin store and shelter for staff
Internal works included 1st & 2nd fix carpentry, plastering & decoration, 1st & 2nd fix electrical works and 1st fix plumbing, installation of roller shutter, whiterock to walls and flooring.

Project period: 12 weeks

PROJECT UPDATE: GRAFTON PRIMARY SCHOOL

Working alongside , on behalf of London Borough of Barking and Dagenham, the project is progressing nicely, with the roof now completed, the Air conditioning installed and the plastering has commenced.

Private client, Hertfordshire

Works included, building new extension, carried out all 1st & 2nd fix electrical, plumbing, carpentry works, plastering, decoration and installed new staircase. Kitchen was fitted by others. All designs and fitting out to bathrooms was carried out by us, tiling by others. External works included, rendering and decoration, fitting of new windows.

GRAFTON PRIMARY SCHOOL

This timber frame, library extension is currently being built in a live environment with logistics very complex due to students and being not a lot of space to get in and around the project.

Grafton is due to finish late summer, so stick around for more updates as this project progresses.

Whilst working on the previous project we were also asked to look at the adjacent property, they asked us to proceed with the works and this project was completed shortly after for the neighbours!

Haven't posted in a while.... Here is one of our most recent projects completed last year for a private client in the Essex area.

Works included; demolition of existing conservatory, groundworks, construction of new rear extension finished with a moulded cornice detail & internal alterations. Other works involved completing new patio area & landscaping.

As the days get longer, and more people are vaccinated (including me on Saturday) we are getting more hopeful. On Wednesday 27th January, BNI Harlow met online. We were inspired with a presentation from Lesley Morris, a long term BNI Harlow member; she spoke about the charity she works for: Teens Unite, who support young people with cancer.
