We’ve just completed diagnosing and replacing the injector sleeves on a Volvo loading shovel. Using only genuine Volvo parts and specialized tools, we ensured that the job was done to the highest standard. Proper maintenance and the right parts make all the difference in keeping these machines running smoothly and efficiently. Ready to get back to work!

Well after a flat out month of demos,commissioning new machines and a few services and breakdowns thrown in the mix it's time for a family break

Another engine removed, rebuilt and put back in the machine. This was supposed to have had a full rebuild by another company that wouldn't come back to rectify it not starting unless started with easystart and leaking oil from everywhere. Probably the worst workmanship iv seen all loose bolts and pipe clamps missing wires cut.😬

Job done - Bit of a Pandora's box this job. Snapped pin made a bit of a mess. Straighten the arms, Started line boring and uncovered some previous repairs that require a bit of rectification. Loader arms all square and good as new. All back on the machine and back to work.
