Busy start to 2026 with a Full Industrial Roof Over Clad project starting. A Unit Refurbishment with underdrawing a ceiling in fire board and a new wrap round single storey extension starting. http://aspincoonan.co.uk/

February Works including Loft Conversion, new kitchens and a window at Lancaster Uni, extension on-going, new roofing at a pub in Altrincham, new doors at a factory in Altrincham, new Velux on the loft conversion and new bathroom refurbishment.

Lots of works completed in November and December including a garden refurbishment in Blackburn, Altrincham factory pipe boxings, New fire doors for a pub in Sale, Birmingham project new large doorway and block up, Rochdale loading bay repairs and windows, Manchester ceiling repairs, New plastic ceiling in Rochdale and much more with starting a unit split project in Altrincham.

Blackburn Rovers - Blues Bar Toilet refurbishment
Amcor - New Conference Room
Blackburn College - New 10 Block Toilets
Thwaites - Smithy Inn External Decs/Window replacement
Bizspace Rochdale - Fitting x22 large windows

And also the awards received from Blackburn College.

Busy September and October with projects consisting of Full External Decorations at The Royal Oak, Riley Green with brand new windows and external repairs. Garden project in Blackburn, new steel doors in Preston, K-rend to house extension in Darwen, New windows at a pub in Carnforth, ground alterations to a unit in Rochdale and opening size with new doors, floor repairs in Preston, toilet refurbs in Preston, new firedoors for Thwaites, Pets Choice, fire escape repairs and painting started in Rochdale, New ceiling/carpets to an office in Rochdale and new lab with walls/vinyl also, new fence and gates in Preston and lots of cherry picker roof works..

Busy Summer and meeting deadlines. Lots of works completed at Blackburn College, Lancaster University, Thwaites and Bizspace. Including a new toilet block, classroom refurbishments, new fencing, kitchen worktop replacements, groundworks and new doors fitted at various pubs .

New Toilet Block at Blackburn College completed on time before enrollment. Thanks to everyone involved to make this happen at A&C and Abbey Flooring.
